Synus® checkweigher The modularly designed Synus® checkweigher series from Minebea Intec enables highly accurate weight or completeness control at process speeds of up to 1.5 m/s and throughputs of up to 250 pieces/minute. The Synus® is also capable of controlling upstream filling equipment. The EMFC high-resolution load cell technology in all model variants allows legal-for-trade operation for FPV control in all European countries. The conveyor belt is individually height-adjustable. The Vistus® metal detector can be optionally retrofitted as an inspection technology.

The operation of the metal detector is integrated into the proven user interface of the Synus® checkweigher. The built-in Synus® checkweigher is approved for legal-for-trade operation for FPV control as an automatic checkweigher and with MID conformity. Customers who already own a Synus® checkweigher can easily upgrade it to a CoSynus®.
Checkweigher Essentus® Performance L Combi Essentus® Performance L Combi from Minebea Intec combines the Essentus® Performance L checkweigher and the Vistus® metal detector in one frame and electrical cabinet and two HMIs. It is used for checking the weight, completeness checks, regulating upstream filling systems and simultaneously detecting both magnetic and non-magnetic metallic components.
