S-LAB Kontrola was founded in the beginning of 2013, as an authorized representative and service of the company Sartoirus Lab Instruments GmbH for the market in Serbia. The headquarters of the company is in Novi Sad. In 2015, it became a certified partner by Minebea Intec for delivery and service of process equipment (metal detectors, dynamic control scales, industrial scales and measuring cells) for the markets of Serbia, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia, Kosovo.

From 01.01.2019, S-LAB Kontrola becomes an authorized representative of the company Sartoirus Lab Instruments GmbH - Germany, for the market in Montenegro.

From 01.01.2025, S-LAB Kontrola becomes an authorized representative of the company Minebea Intec, for the market in Bulgaria.

The company has implemented the ISO 9001 standard in its work system - the quality management system standard, with which it wants to ensure a higher level of quality for end users.

HISTORY OF MINEBEA INTEC

The story of today's company Minebea Intec begins in 1948, when Dr. Hans Bockels in Aachen founds a company specialized in detection metal. In post-war Germany, he develops the first metal detectors for civilian use use, intended to protect people and machines from residual ammunition.

As the need for this type of application decreased, the detection technology of metal is introduced into the industry, making the company an industrial pioneer applications of metal detectors in Germany. In the mid-fifties in belt scales also entered the production program, and during the sixties also dynamic ones control scales (checkweighers), which after the introduction of legal control net content in 1972 became the industry standard.

In parallel, the development of measuring cells was marked by the Philips PR series, which through the company GWT (Gewichtstechnische Werkstätten) becomes part of it technological traditions of precise measurement.

On January 1, 1998, the company "Dr. Hans Bockels GmbH & Co" takes over Sartorius AG Göttingen, and the name changes to Sartorius Intec. The metal detectors are additionally developed within the Sartorius group, checkweighers and industrial measuring systems, whereby the company strengthens its position on the European market.

In 2014, the industrial division of Sartorius became part of the Japanese company of MinebeaMitsumi Group, a global leader in the field high-precision mechanical and electronic components, sensors, motors and mechatronic systems. MinebeaMitsumi, founded in 1951, operates worldwide with a strong focus on innovation, integration of mechanical and electronic technologies and continuous development of high-precision solutions.

After integration into the group, in 2016 the company continues doing business under the name Minebea Intec.

Today, Minebea Intec combines German engineering heritage with a global one technological capabilities of MinebeaMitsumi Group, offering reliable and high-precision solutions for industrial measurement and inspection, in accordance with philosophy "The true measure".
